In completing the AOS form do I have to give a phone number? I am completing all the paperwork on behalf of my partner and would prefer to give my phone number.

Thanks.

A phone number is required for the Mediation service stage, but any suitable phone number can be used and anyone can be nominated for that call

No, HE will do it online. You can help but it must be in the name of the person who received the claim form.

In trying to complete the section of the on the Money Claim Online form headed 'Claim History' I get the following:

    Available options

'A bar has been put in place on this claim. You cannot respond to the claim at this time'.

The form is dated 11 March 2026 and I initially responded on 16 March via post.

Probably because you posted it by mistake and they have received it, so not following our advice

I would download a digital copy, fill it in, and get the defendant to email it to the AOS email address at the CNBC in Northampton, just to be sure. Then get him to check for the auto response email back

Then keep checking the claim history until its logged

In future, follow the advice on here ( no posting anything. ) , tae your time, no rushing
