Parking ticket, unsure how to proceed

15171.jpg 15699.jpg

Good morning, I received this letter regarding a parking ticket I believe I disregarded, I cannot remember it as I believe I had the photos of the ticket on my old phone which is now broken

Please can you advise me on how to proceed with this, do I respond to them via email? Or do I just ignore, thank you

Check the neewbies thread for advice. It's a sticky at the top of the main parling discussion board.

Was it a windscreen ticket you received?

Hi it was a windscreen ticket I believe

I have found this template, is this the correct one to use? Many thanks

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Please let me know of your thoughts, I hope I have the correct template so just want to be sure

Yes that's fine but I would change this:

"If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner."

    To this instead:

The NTK demands £127 which not only exceeds the Joint Code cap but also will exceed the sum stated on your signage, which was inadequate and not seen by the driver.

ZZPS staff: I wish you luck in getting a real job one day; kindly don't insult me by replying pretending the keeper has no right to appeal, as that would be a breach of the Code and an outright lie, commonly seen from your firm.

You will be reported to the BPA if you try that trick. POPLA Code or cancel. Your choice.

You MUST tick NO to whether the appellant was driving (whether true or not, tick NO (meaning "no I'm not telling you").

They are not allowed to make saying whether you were driving conditional on appeal (it was banned by the DVLA over 10 years ago) but ZZPS do.

Shocking firm. Hence be rude. I'm not joking, you have to be clear with scams.

    A typo corrected above.
