Orange announced on their November Bills and its now on their T&C .
That from 15 Dec 2007 all call forwarding services beginning 07 will no longer be included in inclusive minutes, and will be charged at 20p a minute.

If their was an alternative number starting 07 it would of course be chargeable.

Some people are now using suppliers like https://www.dialnow.com
  • It wasn't just the nov bills it's between the 19th oct to the 19th nov. so it can either be ur oct or nov

So there's no more FREE number to call abroad? www.dialnow.com is like rebtel but cheaper rate right?
