I'm an ex-Capita employee and had joined the Barings breach - so far I have ignored Abbley's attempts to get me to sign up with them, I don't have any faith that the claim is going anywhere.

There's some suspicious posts in this thread. Seems some users are signing up a new username just to post negative. Probably from a rival firm or an angry ex employee.

Hello,
I am also a claimant under the Barings contract and do not wish to sign with Abbleys. Has anyone withdrawn from Barings? What are the implications for those of us who wish to withdraw?

Try asking them? You have received all the information from them,or you should have. They have always got back to any query I have. Look over the T&C carefully. Same solicitor as Barings
