This is the email address of the BT group CEO allison.kirkby@bt.com

Just to add keep it brief and to the point.

Basically, Plusnet after 12 months have failed to deliver your order and a brief outline of what has happened.

Did they give you a connection date? If so have they paid you the daily compensation rate?

If appointments were missed did they pay you the correct compensation?

@teachergirl Well you've certainly got some supporting evidence for compensation now (I actually thought it was you initially):-

@JSmithy45AD I had missed this post and it is very interesting. Thank you. Following peoples advice I did write to head office and now have just one person handling my case so I do not have to go to different people all the time. In an update I spotted an Openreach engineer outside my house , he told me he was surveying the ground for my other neighbour. I asked if he would check my house, and in front of me he put the testing wire thing through the duct to my flower bed. I got him to phone his boss at Openreach to confirm I have this ducting. However as the road closure had been booked for the following Monday his boss suggested that we did not cancel it as they were not sure if I would go to the bottom of a list again 🤦‍♀️

So yesterday they came and decided that if they did dig under the road they could avoid having to dig up my flower bed…which was fine with me. They have to complete this today( no-one has arrived as yet) I phoned plusnet to ask when they would send someone to actually connect me……apparently the computer is still saying the work isn't done so they have no idea!!!!! (obviously I am hoping this will change today)

Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D
