Problems transferring cash isa from trading 212

hi I have had my request to transfer my cash isa to cynergy as cynergy will only accepts cash isas via bacs transfer and not a manual transfer. Has anyone else experienced this problem and how was it resolved?

Cynergy have a list of BACS ISA providers they will accept transfers from so, because Trading212 aren't on that list, you won't be able to transfer from Trading212 to Cynergy.
