Literally, she could say the earth is flat, or "here's a picture of a cake I baked" if she wants. Or "I saw you lot on Watchdog years ago so crawl back under your stone!"

There is no appeal and saying she took a phone call is absolutely NOT what to say.

But obviously you'll be putting it in for her and giving your email & your address as her 'new address'. But NOT your name of course because the appeal is from her. Changing the address for letters is the entire and only point of contacting them.
