DCB Legal Ltd Received (In Scotland)
Hello - I received a letter from DCB Legal Ltd on behalf of Parking Eye for payment of £140 for a PC in Scotland a few weeks ago. Its from a fine from 2024. I believe this is the first letter I have received relating to this (I may have received previous a year or so ago, I can't recall).
Its requesting payment and if they don't hear from me in 14 days they "may" send to Scottish partners for further action.
Can I ignore this letter in the hope it goes away or do I need to do anything?

Same question asked yesterday:
🙂
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
