You will need out help at WS & evidence stage so please stick around.

I wasn't talking in riddles. It's really simple to defend, as I said:

Hence for now, you use the Template defence with the special para 3 linked for cases where no breach is pleaded.

You should add to the end of the standard para 2 that the Defendant was the driver, were authorised to park because they work at the hospital.

Use the special Chan & Akande para 3 that you found linked when you read the Template Defence thread.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I didn’t actually mean you to be fair, I’ve asked on other threads and had confusing responses on there. I’ve seen you comments on other posts and actually remembered your username as being quite helpful 😅.

Well I assumed as you didn't say that you went to them, I stand corrected. I have a wife that was a ward sister so i know about fighting hospital PCN's. Many people come on here and are of the wrong opinion that the parking company either own the car park, or have some unilateral hold on everything concerning the site and the landowner doesn't.

The reason I said you had been vague is that unless I have missed something we still don't know why you received their ridiculous charge, again many people come on here saying for example I paid to park so I shouldn't get a PCN whereas the PPC has used one of their list of silly Terms and conditions to catch them out.

You said you had the right to park I get that I was just stating you hadn't said why the PCN had been given, e.g. you had authorisation to park but they must have claimed you broke another unrelated rule which surely cannot be about authorisation to park, and cannot be "black and white" surely, your original argument was not going to succeed.

But never mind you seem to be sorted now, hope it works out well.
