Moneybox Interest Rate After 12 Months

My 12 months with a Moneybox instant access isa ends in a few weeks and the bonus is removed, at which point I understand the rate drops to 3.something%.
Am I right in thinking that Moneybox do not offer the bonus % to existing customers so that, when the 12 months is up, I will have to look to transfer out to get a higher rate?
Waddle you do eh?
