Tesco Fruit and Fibre Cereal broken tooth

I think tesco will argue that you believe their product caused you injury, but without any evidence what can you prove to a judge. Its just as (or even more) likely that a tooth on the point of failure fell apart while eating a hard food, which is no fault of theirs.

The issue is that at 1.30pm you asked for advice. You had some early advice, none of which even hinted at suggesting legal action and then at 4pm you told us you'd taken legal action at a cost of £108. Based on the circumstances you described, and your financial challenge, that comes across as odd. People on here generally try and help people with their consumer rights, bearing in mind the general theme of the site which is moneysaving. You can't really blame people for being a bit surprised at your approach and criticising it. Unless Tesco suddenly come up with a goodwill payment you've simply added more cost to the unfortunate dental cost you've incurred.

I broke a tooth on something I was eating last year. Went to the dentist fixed it as best they could and got on with my life
why is it always someone else’s fault2 -
Perhaps just stop a moment and think what a district judges thought process is likely to be when Tesco Lawyers say that there is no proof that your broken tooth has anything to do with them and how do they know that you didnt break it elsewhere
