    Providing you have followed the step by step guidance it looks like they are still proceeding albeit whether they turn up will be a different matter

    Did you send them a copy of the hearing order, just in case they are telling the truth that they didn't receive it?

    Send a copy over today with your costs assessment signed & dated. Otherwise you could end up in a right mess of having to attend two hearings when they kick up a fuss that they were unable to attend.

    I've sent them the hearing order and my cost assessment. So far, no replies at all. They keep ringing me twice a day everyday.

    How lovely of them.

    Why not answer and laugh or tell them they are out of time for their WS, putting them in breach of the order, so hurry up and discontinue.

    If not, attend the hearing and ask for costs.

    So I answered their call today and asked about witness statement and notice of discontinuation. "I'll pass it on the case manager, it's above my pay grade."

    Following this. My case was transferred 2 days ago to local court & DCB have been quiet since mediation.

    I've had PDFs from DCB Legal that have come up with an error message. And they don't respond if you tell them, so don't do them any favours.

    No idea what software they're using. Possibly some freebie rather than the full Adobe Acrobat.
