Microsoft Outlook free getting full but have Lifetime Microsoft Office

Just to clarify your terms for your Office product, MS do not offer a "lifetime licence" for their products (despite what the resellers who flog these packages might claim). You'll have a "perpetual licence", which is a one-time purchase of MS Office 21 or 24 with no further product updates.
There won't be any clash if you take the MS 365 Basic sub (which is just an increase in OneDrive space for one user). Unfortunately MS don't allow you to share this allocation with "family" members (unlike Google's equivalent product) so you can either spend another £20 per individual or look to upgrade the MS 365 to the family product which gives 1TB of storage each to up to 6 people plus access to the full set of MS Office apps, some Co-pilot credit and other odds'n'sods for £105/yr.
