there used to be tons of £3-£9 a month phone deals and now theres nothing on E2 Save/mobiles to your door

Those sort of deals were fine with redemption rates of 40-50% but the redemption rates are now 80% so they are no longer workable.

The commissions that were available 12 months ago have also dropped considerably since, and the bad press relating to cashback means the networks are more interested in retention rather than aquisition.

It was good for the cash-back hungry people while it lasted but you will see more considerably lower auto cashback deals and gifts in the future.

If you do find a large cash back deal, take it at your peril.
