Posting it caused this problem. The bar will be to protect you from a CCJ due to the fact you posted the AOS. Big mistake because that makes them lock MCOL!

    DO NOT POST YOUR DEFENCE.

Send it attached as a PDF by email to the CNBC's claim responses email but you'll have to add the statement of truth and electronic signature and date at the bottom plus the usual case identifying headers at the top. Plus the heading 'DEFENCE'.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That is all sent now all. A pdf with a statement of truth dated and signed and emailed to the CNBC's claim responses email (listed on their website as the one for defense). Thank you for the help!

Did you get the necessary auto receipt? Please don't copy & paste it here but I just wanted to be sure.

I did. It was an autoreply saying something akin to thanks for emailing the Claim Responses Team. If your email requires a response, see our published work states on gov.uk for the up to date timeframes

DQ questionnaire filled out via the newbies thread answers and submitted via email. I have received the auto response confirmation. I have also read over mediation example posts: offer a tenner or nothing.
    Thank you for this help!

Why not start with ZERO? Do not get into discussions with the mediator about the merits or otherwise of your case; the mediation is is purely about amounts of money, as near to zero as you can get.
