I did. It was an autoreply saying something akin to thanks for emailing the Claim Responses Team. If your email requires a response, see our published work states on gov.uk for the up to date timeframes

Why not start with ZERO? Do not get into discussions with the mediator about the merits or otherwise of your case; the mediation is is purely about amounts of money, as near to zero as you can get.
