Good morning,

I'm feeling a bit confused and would appreciate some advice. I signed up with Plusnet for my broadband via the MSE link, which promised a Reward Card of around £140 back in January 2026. My broadband was activated on 11th February, but I haven't received any email about the Reward Card yet.

I reached out to Plusnet last week, and their response is copied below. I'm unsure how to proceed to claim the card from the MSE webpage.

Does anyone have any insights or advice on this?

Many thanks!

Thank you for your call.As you mentioned you have signed up through money saving expert website, any third party sign up needs contacting to the third party to get the offered reward card.Kind regards,

I can only see one line on your email.

When I had this with my Vodafone contract it was about 10 to 12 weeks after the cooling off period before I received my email with my voucher.

Unless you have been given a date to say when you can expect the voucher, I would hang on a bit longer.

The current deal says it's actually from Plusnet and you should receive an email advising how to claim it after first activation. have you checked any emails including spam?

I have checked my spam folder. I never received anything in relation to the reward card. Plusnet indicate that I should claim it through MSE. Not even sure how I'd go about doing that.

Plusnet message is below, split in three as it did not appear very clearly above.

Does anyone have any insights or advice on this?

At the bottom of the MSE "broadband deals" page, there's a FAQ:

I haven't got a voucher or cashback that came with an MSE blagged deal. Where can I get help?

If you signed up to an MSE Blagged deal - a best-in-market offer we've negotiated exclusively - which involves you being sent a voucher, we'll always do our best to ensure you get the voucher.

However, there can occasionally be problems with the deal tracking. In particular, if you were running ad-blocking software or cookie blockers when you signed up for the deal, or exited your browser while in the process of signing up, this can stop it tracking correctly. We've some key steps that can help:

    1) Do first make sure you've followed all the steps required to get the voucher or cashback. Some deals require you to fill in online forms to redeem the offer, separately from signing up to it.

    2) Also you can check the details of expired deals at this link - before going further, check that the deal is due (sometimes you might have to wait up to four months to receive it).

    3) If you've done this and your voucher is now overdue, first reach out to your provider, which'll be best placed to follow up.

    4) If you've already done steps 1-3 and are still struggling, drop a note through to voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com including your full name, order number, provider and details of the deal. If you're eligible we'll see if we can help push the provider for you.

If you've exhausted the other options, maybe drop MSE an email?

Many thanks, that's fantastic! I've never noticed that before.
I rang Plusnet again, and although they initially told me that I should contact the MSE, they eventually agreed to raise the claim with their cashback office team, who should get back to me within five days.
If they also confirm that they are not responsible, I will drop a line to the MSE Voucher Help.

I am really grateful for your help :)
