I've got premium as well as a very substantial sum with them, and they literally fall over themselves to respond quickly (named individuals) and follow up on every single thing with me, so clearly there are some significant differences in service standards here.

Sounds more like the Keystone Cops than a professional financial services business!

So I qualify as expected but their systems aren’t great.

For comparison, I have transferred 2 ISAs in, the Reward balance updated for the first and yesterday it updated immediately when the second hit my portfolio.

We've now had a SIPP transfer initiated during the cashback offer period recently complete and the active SIPP Campaign has disappeared from the Rewards section which is disconcerting. To my knowledge we're within terms so hopefully recoverable and we're in touch with their CS that confirms as such. So that's 3x ISAs all transferred/tracked correctly, 1x SIPP failed.

I did a FT S&S ISA that should have qualified in the campaign, part directly funded and part transfer. It has similarly disappeared from the Rewards section. The transfer was over £10K and should alone have qualified. The manual funding was under £10K, but they should be aggregated per the terms.

I also did the SIPP campaign which is displayed/tracked correctly. I wonder if the people impacted by the bug are those who did both campaigns (ISA and SIPP).

Personally I don't see any value in chasing it up before the calculation date, as I may draw on the ISA or transfer out before it, should a better opportunity arise.

Both my ISA and SIPP transfers look fine in the rewards page. 2 ticks next to both.

Just to check - was your transfer purely cash or did it include any existing holdings that needed to be transferred in-specie? The reward calculation seems to get stuck when there are actual shares involved rather than just cash, as a couple of others have hinted at. If it was a straightforward cash transfer and you're still missing the second tick after a month, definitely worth chasing them up directly as their system should have processed it by now.
