My ISA transfer was completed 2 weeks ago, and I have 2 ticks.
If I were you, I would contact them.

I did a SIPP transfer in and have two ticks as well as a reward value showing which aligns with the amount transferred. I've started a few transfers in and the Rewards tracker has updated on the day the funds/assets arrive

I've got 2 ticks but 'reward being calculated' in the detail. I'm guessing 'in-specie' make's it a bit more tricky to calculate 1% of the value arriving.

My transfers have all been in specie and so I assume the valuation showing on my reward pot tallies with the value on the date the assets settled. But I can't see anything in terms that clarifies this

I emailed Freetrade to confirm my eligibility after transferring a cash ISA to their S&S ISA and this is their reply -
"Yes, the ticks you see for joining the campaign and transferring more than £10,000 are the confirmation you can expect at this stage.
To qualify for the 1% cashback, you need to:
• Join the relevant campaign in your Rewards Hub ✓ (you've done this)
• Contribute at least £10,000 net to your ISA by 5 April 2026 ✓ (you've done this)
• Keep your account open and avoid withdrawals that would reduce your net funding below £10,000 before we award the cashback
We'll pay your 1% cashback by 5 December 2026 to your General Investment Account. Any withdrawals or transfers out before then will reduce your cashback amount accordingly.
Your eligibility to invest into an ISA and the value of tax savings both depend on personal circumstances and all tax rules may change. When you invest, your capital is at risk. The value of your portfolio can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest.
Is there anything else about your transfer or the bonus that I can help clarify?"

This is the AI bot response I got but I am unconvinced there wont be an issue in December.

I find it easier to just email Freetrade as then I get a response form a human (usually)

Yes something has changed recently as even some of the email replies to me have now been AI generated and don't answer the specific query. I've recently been downgraded from Premium to Basic and wonder if the service decline is partly due to that!
