sky stream cancellation due to rises

hi all

if i have a big sky stream package , taken as a package with broadband at the same time , can i cancel all of the services as it was taken as a package ? i was told i could by someone but wording is a bit ambigous with sky . if id taken at seperate dates stream and broadband i understand i could not . but mine was a complete deal for everything .

AFAIK, Sky Stream works with anyone’s broadband and is not limited to Sky Broadband , so even if you took Sky Broadband and Sky Stream at the same time , presumably you can move from Sky broadband because of the increase in price that their T&C’s allow for , providing you do it within the appropriate timeframe , and remain a Stream customer using whoever’s broadband you get to replace Sky broadband, but if the Sky Stream service was discounted for having multiple Sky services expect that discount to end and pay the full list price for Sky Stream , but that’s just an opinion, you be advised to call Sky to confirm.

thanks both . one person on sky forums had theirs cancelled . seems to be a lottery if you can or cant . guess a call it might be . thx
