They have changed their number 02086118972 it was 02086118966. Perhaps someone will come on a say I had the wrong number and make out it was my fault that I could not get in touch with them

It comes to something when a customer has to make regular print screens of the booking process because edreams appear to have the right to claim a customer has agreed to something they have'nt agreed to

I would have never purchased anything with Prime against it because of all the difficulties with Amazon a few years back. Therefore I am convinced that there wasn't the word prime anywhere near my booking.

rang edreams today, the day they took the auto renewal from my account, said I didn’t want it, had missed it due to fairly awful personal circumstances, they are repeatedly refusing to refund, honour the 14 day cooling off period etc. so many people being scammed by this company. I will never buy a flight using them again. And would advise no one else to sign up unless you want to be a member for life.

I totally agree with your comments. My credit card company have told me they they can cancel three months of payments but they have to ask edreams if that is OK by them. I've told my credit card company if edeams take another payment I will cancel my credit card with them.

There should be a government body who looks into companies who scam people like this.

I spent an hour on the phone trying to get through to them. In between the music that they play whist waiting on the phone there are a number.of adverts where they state how cheap their flights are!

Please download the document enclosed that was taken from skyscanner earlier today.

Perhaps if word gets out how expensive their flights and hotels are them the lack of sales might force them into changing there disgusting work practices
