I have just phoned to try and establish what my credit limit will be and they can't tell me which I am not too happy about. However, I have got a freephone!!! telephone number and I have managed to speak to someone who I assume is in the UK!!! 0800 997996 - no press 1 press 2 lark either.
Hope this helps!
but where they able to tell you what the limit was.....?smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

Nope - unfortuntely not - they say they do not know themselves until the card is issued.
which amazes me to be honest.

To anybody who already has this card I was just wondering if you could answer me a few questions.
1. As there is no online servicing of your account do they send you a statement each month - can you then pay by cheque monthly?
2. At what stage do they allow you to do a BT. I have just had the agreement and there was no mention of it there.
3. I currently have the HSBC online card and I have noticed that HSBC provide the &More card. Do you think I will have any hitches transfering my balance as HSBC are funny about BTing between their own cards?

1. Yes. I just receievd first monthly statement complete with envelope for payment (though I've got d/debit setup).
2. When I phone to activate card, I asked for balance transfer and got them to confirm the 0% for 9 months with no fees or handling charge
(when limit was increased by £1k, I phoned customer services for another transfer which they also confimed no charge, despite being over 30days from 'issue' date).
3. Not sure on this as &More credit card system doesn't seem to be fully integrated with HSBC yet, though I suspect it's probably frowned on somewhere in small print.0
