I’m having trouble with switching too. Have had an email from MSE saying part of the switch was rejected, but no messages from EON as to why. I haven’t contacted them to enquire yet.

Sorry to hear that. I've spoken to E.on three times now different reps each time and all of them claim the tariff is non-existent.

Can i ask what number you used to call? Just rang on 0808 501 5200 and still no joy…existing eon customer for reference.

yes that is the number i called

i asked when the transfer date and confirmed tomorrow and took my meter readings over the phone

on the eon app its also saying live tomorrow and also email confirmed with the tariff and prices also hard credit check done

I see this available generally in the market with E.ON (excuse my own data there!). It might not be worth going for a fixed tariff with a high exit fee. Wholesale prices are likely to drop after this volatility!
