E.ON Next Exclusive Tariff

Contacted E.on Next about the 15M V7 tariff they claim it doesn't exist..Spoke to an adviser called Liam. Anyone else having problems switching to it?

Exclusive? Who's it exclusive to? You probably need to apply for it via them (and meet their eligibility criteria)

Hi, yes thats the tariff…Exclusive to MSE site. Liam their rep said it doesn't exist and hence I can't switch to it..I'm currently a customer with them, just to clarify.

Sorry to repeat myself, I called them, the tariff doesn't exist is all they're saying yet its live on MSE so who do I believe?

When did you apply to switch?

You should have received a confirmation screen from the CEC like this:

If no progress after a week, I suggest you contact energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com - they'll be able to assist you

Yes I received that confirmation screen, contacted E.on Next directly only to be informed the tariff is non-existent. There won't be any progress. Either E.on are being disingenuous or MSE have an out of date tariff.
