vodafone returns?

i recieved the samsung F700 yesterday and although it does not look bad it is definitly going back as the signal in my house is terrible. i phoned vodafone and they said as i ordered over the internet i have to ring a specific number and no one is available on that number on weekends. i will try monday but has any one had experience with vodafone returns? how smooth is the process?

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the Samsung F700. With Vodafone you do have the benefit of a 14 day peace of mind period, so if you're not entirely satisfied with the phone you can return it to us.

As you purchased the handset online, you do need to speak directly with the Online Store team, who are unfortunately only available on weekdays. They will then arrange for return of the handset and cancel the account. It's a quick and easy process so I shouldn't imagine you'll have any problems.
