O2 early repayment charges
I received the email about an increase in charges from o2 so I called them to cancel. I made sure I called so that they had my notice to leave. I requested a PAC code but it didn’t work. The second PAC code worked. O2 have now passed £375 early repayment charges to a debt collection agency saying that we didn’t leave ‘in time’. I called them but they are adamant the charges are correct

What date did you get the letter, what date did you call them, and on what dates did you request your two pac codes?
Also did you have an airtime only contract, or did you have a handset under contract too?
