I agree something seems to have got worse recently with Octopus' systems. I normally get an email statement on the 1st of a month or the first weekday if that's a weekend. I didn't get one yesterday, so I looked at my dashboard on their website and it was showing they'd charged my account as normal, but I didn't get an email with the statement. That only turned up this afternoon. And they still haven't fixed my account to show my current usage; it's always a day late.

That's how Octopus used to be, not anymore
My bill with the wrong reading came this morning and the email saying it had been corrected came later.
Neither is correct and neither showed the £50 DD that went out of my bank on Monday March 2nd
I'm confident it will get sorted as I have too much information for it not to be.
