A silly OAT that could easily have dragged on longer and longer- was putting on socks for work last week and realised they were so bobbly it actually would have been a tad disgraceful. Obviously it's a twenty second job to get the debobbler out and do a pair of socks. Did I do it then? No. Did I do it the next day? No. Did I do it at all instead of having these socks on the side getting on my nerves? No. Did it get to the point where I started writing it in my to-do diary like it was a big task? Absolutely.
Well today rather than rewrite it in my diary again I simply did the twenty second job. Genuinely feeling a sense of achievement 😂

Great work PiP!
I just tackled cleaning my in-ear headphones. I'd spent weeks possibly months procrastinating. I got as far as looking it up on the internet and was paralysed with fear of how difficult this was going to be. In the end I grapped an antiseptic wound wipe and in less than 5 minutes the yukky headphones are now sorted. Why oh why did I spend so long agonising over it. Glad it's done now!

2 jobs tackled today. One has been hanging over me for ages. I sorted out the accounts for craft group. Thought I had massively overspent the subs on craft materials. Turns out that I am only owed £4.74 so have been managing the funds quite well. Just need the accounts checking and I will be able to report them all back to group. The second was a falling apart bench in the garden. It was rather lovely and we could do without forking out for a new one just yet so I have managed to get a really long screw into where the leg attaches to the main body as well as putting a very famous strong glue in all of the joints. DH is going to help with screwing the other joints together as I couldn't quite get a purchase. Hopefully after a bit of wood restorer from the shed it will see us through another couple of years and have cost us nothing to repair.

Fabulous work @Soontobeoap, love hearing of a lovely thing being kept going
I did the big walk to the 'over the mental geographical boundary of my neighbourhood' shops today to get essentials like toiletries cheaper than elsewhere, it's been on the list for a few weeks now, and it was 31 degrees so very pleased with myself.
@Rhyddid2026 I can't remember if this makes me more or less of a criminal, venturing outside my manor 😂
