Right, I am putting it here, I am absolutely doing the big OAT of repotting pretty much all the plants tomorrow. I have been writing this on the to-do list for ages now and it's not fair on the plants. You may all drag me through the MSE village chanting 'shame' if I do not do this

I've done a bit of weeding. Not much, just a couple of buckets. I also pressure-washed the worst of the brick dust off the patio. The whole thing needs doing properly, but no point doing it until I know the builders aren't making any more serious dust.
@PennysIntoPounds - I'll join you on the gardening. I need to stick a whole lot of stuff in the ground. I should have done it last year, as a fair number of the plants have died while I was faffing about deciding where they would go. I have at least stopped buying things without having a plan for where they will go.

I'm house sitting so not much will be done on the OAT list this week, but not much has been done over the last few weeks either because work has been so utterly draining.
I have however potted up all the weird named tomato plants I was given. Just into small plastic pots for now, but they weren't happy in the cardboardy pots they came in.
When I get home next Saturday (or maybe just before I get home) I might make a list of 50 small things that need doing and blocking in some time slots to get some done. I enjoy pottering around and usually get more done in the long run than when I nag myself and berate myself, but that works better when I have time and energy. I feel like I need to do a mini kick up the butt list just to start feeling like I've done something and to give me some motivation to carry on. I was doing so well at the start of spring and thought I might actually have a half decent house and garden by summer, but here we are in May and the job list is getting longer and there are things on there that I intended to do 3 months ago.

Definitely time for A List @Rhyddid2026 but don't knock yourself, you've been doing tons! Working to pay bills is taking care of your home just as renovations and cleaning and sorting are
Well the major re-potting has been done. Took hours and I ache but very pleased to have it done. If anyone wants a tradescantia cutting in a few weeks when they've rooted, you're very welcome 😁

I've had an idea for how to make the list more exciting! I'm going to make a list in excel (love a spreadsheet) and number tasks broken down into ten minute ish chunks, then I'm gonna use a random number generator to pick what ten minute task I do 😂 I'm allowed 2 passes a day, and the goal is to do as many as I can by my birthday (21st) and if it's working well to motivate me I could carry on til the end of the month.
The things I have to do to get brain to do chores!!
