I have a clean fridge except the door and top shelf, and I know what's in the freezer. I have a meal plan to start making some space in the freezer. I also have a clean and tidy cutlery drawer and half a cupboard with plates etc tidied and washed. I plan to do a second drawer on Friday.

Ummmm … working and sleeping is a normal, accomplished, day for the most of us … 😉
Sometimes a day off from RATing (really annoying?) is needed, to gather energy for a big thing to tackle, to catch your breath, to think about strategy for difficult to tackle job etc. Having a down day is not a bad thing 😊

Anyway, you did RAT! You cleaned a washing machine drawer - that’s an OAT / RAT in anyone’s definitions! 😊👏🎉🎊

    Meter readings done!

Checked mortgage balance and updated signature. (No major changes …)

Emptied fausty veg peelings bucket into compost heap and gave it a rinse - the rinsing water went over one set of sweet peas as a super dilute feed.

Pulled some bindweed that was having the temerity to appear around the sweet peas …

I have been feeling awful on and off the past few months and I think it is from doing too many classes and going out so much. I have now had three migraines in three months. I decided to drop all my classes except for my meditation class!

I woke up this morning and felt such relief that I didn't have anything to do today, especially in this hot weather. I had a bath and did a few meditations while I was in there and then went back to bed for a while and ate breakfast there.

My husband is going to paint the decking today and we are supposed to be getting a quote for some work on the house today. If not I am calling someone else next week.

I have a meal out and a concert tomorrow and an event on Sunday, but they are later in the day so hopefully it won't be as hot.
