Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
I have just come to the end of an 18 month contract with t- mobile and was curious as to why they hadn't contacted me but other companies had. I rang customer services to be told i quote" We don't ring customers anymore when there contracts come to an end as we have so many we wouldnt be able to take any incoming calls" I paused in amazement and said i've been with one 2 one which was a previous name for them many years ago and 3 mobile and they had always been keen to keep a customer. I cannot believe this response and will be looking elsewhere. The best they could offer me was £10 off a month of a flext 35 making it £25 a month if i kept my pre existing phone. Personally i think t- mobile are just not interested in its customers, good riddance to them....

t-mobile loyalty & in care in general has gone way downhill since one2one, I have been with them since 1999, am leaving this month, have had tramatic times wih them since bought over & became t-mobile, had probs with all 5 nets over the years but T(rouble)-mobile take the biscuit even the exec office forced a compensation on my a/c I felt was not good enough and declined - thus allowing me not to have Ofcom rule anything as I " had " accepted compensation
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

I too am fed up with Tmobile I have two upgrades due and they will not budge on the original offers they made. I already have flext 35 at 17.99 per month on one but, the other has no discount and they would only offer £10 on that one. My daughter inlaw has just cancelled both of hers and they really did not try to keep her with what they were offering. Jacqui
