I'm just leaving Spusu because of the continuing problems over OTP receipts from my bank.

Can anyone comment if Asda Mobile is able to deliver these messages correctly.

Thanks.

    Hi,

I am with SPUSU and was having problems with SIM on my iphone. They give me an esim and have never had any issues since. Get plenty of OTP messages now.

I had Labara previously and never had any issues with OTP with them.

Unfortunately that was not my experience. I have tried both physical SIM and eSIM with Spusu and neither allow me to receive OTP from my bank. Have also tried two different phones and still the same. Must have something to do with the way the bank delivers the message.

This seems familiar to me as well. Not with Spatsu but another network I was with, possibly Lyca.

The problem was with Nationwide Building Society and them sending me the codes. Eventually I was told to tell my phone to connect on 3G rather than whatever way it was connecting (4G or 5G maybe) and then the one time codes did start again.

I was with ASDA Mobile last year and had no problems with codes being sent from any banks.

I'm on Asda Mobile, no problems with OTP from Nationwide or two credit cards

Can't you use the nationwide app, to do authorisation as a way to resolve

Thanks Andy. Yes, planning a new phone in a couple of months so will install the app then. My old phone is so slow and bogged down that I didn't want any more apps until I change.
