Orange PAYG to Orange PAYG in Spain
My wife and I recently bought Orange PAYG mobiles.
We are going to Spain in a couple of weeks.
If we have to call each other whilst abroad it seems that I will pay £1.20 a minute to make the call and she will pay 60p a minute to receive.
Is there any way this can be reduced?
Thanks in advance.

If the phones are unlocked you could buy Spanish sims and use them. I believe they are easy bought in Spain at the markets or shops0

Yes, you can buy sim cards in Spain. The best place to buy them is in the large supermarkets as they usually have 2 or 3 different phone providers at the one counter. Failing that, you can usually see the shops along the streets. Movistar and Amena are the two most popular networks, altho now there is also Vodafone (who I cant recommend from personal experience!!!). Personally, I have had great service from Amena. Mobile phone call charges tend to be much cheaper in Spain.:beer:0
