I have been told I have an early termination fee from sky of £328 where do I stand on this?

It'll depend on EXACTLY what services you have from Sky.

Depends on why you want to leave. Also, broken promises from Sky and increases in costs that Sky has ramped up this year.

Generally you pay it and leave now or dont terminate and continue the rest of the minimum term of your contract. The only exception is if you have a valid exit clause, such as if the increase is more than X% but no idea why you want to leave, how long left on your minimum term nor what exit clauses are in your contract, hard to read it from here
