Can I complain about CISAS?
I logged a complaint with CISAS about O2.
I provided a mountain of information. They asked me for some more information (even though I had already provided it).
I provided it.
They then came back and asked for more information, which I again provided.
After about a week I hadn't heard anything back so I sent a chase message.
A few weeks later I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent another message asking if it was being progressed and if I needed to provide more info.
A few days later, I went to check it, and it's showing as "WITHDRAWN – CUSTOMER OUT OF CONTACT"
????
I sent so many messages chasing it, and received no emails (after the first few).
What am I supposed to do now? I'm more annoyed at CISAS and their horrible website than O2 now.

What is the actual issue?
If you have a legal issue you can take them to court, if you do not like something that they have done but it is legal and within the terms and conditions of the contract then not much you can do.
