Cheapest useable 4G smartphone needed

I have recently switched the sim I use as an emergency back up to giffgaff pay as you go for very occasional use.

However, I have the sim in an old Motorola phone running Android 5 which is now so slow as to be virtually unusable.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a newer more usable phone around £50 to £60, eg Moto G06, Redmi A5? Second hand would also be fine.

Have you considered a dual sim phone?

Mymain phone is an iPhone with Tesco mobile so I don't really have the option of dual sim or esim.

Does your local High Street not have Ye Olde Mobile Shoppe, the one with the phones (and bongs) in the window?

Usually good for a bargain, take the SIM and make sure it works.
