I agree with tomtom. May be seen as still requiring a joint couple claim and not single.
Warning bells may be ringing at DWP fraud department and you could both be called in for questionning.
Suggest your wife seeks clarification about current claim basis with Universal Credit.

That's because she has made a claim as a single person (she has stated that she does not live with a partner during her UC application), but it is unclear if she should be treated as a single person for UC as long as you live together in the same house and are still financially interwoven.
Are there any plans for either one of you to move out of the property as you are separating?

No plans, both on the deeds and advised by both solicitors to remain in the property. I have asked that she contribute more towards bills so let's see!

And if you have separated, to have totally separate finances and documents that can confirm process of relationship separation.

no but she will have given her bank details for payment which shows a joint account which is dodgy

Payment went into her account so unsure what she has disclosed. She said they did not ask what my salary was - I am unsure whether they asked about me at all….
