O2 early termination due to price hike
Hi folks. So I have now left O2 and had the message where my cancellation fee is £0:00. I have had a text to say I will have a refund of £6.87.
I have used my PAC code and transferred my number.
Nowhere on my O2 bill is there any mention of the £40 monthly figure including any part for the device. I paid an upfront cost of £159 and the bill stated monthly airtime £40
Am I likely to hear any more about recovering costs for the device?

Sounds like you have cancelled the sim contract but not the phone contract afaik they are 2 seprate contracts
One for the sim and one for the phone may be i'm wrong hopefully but it looks like they want you to still pay the phone off.
