02 free local calls code???

Can anyone help, i did this with my daughters mobile 3 months ago where you text your postcode to a certain number and it gives you free local calls when you top up £10 at the begining of the month. Just wondering if anyone knows the number i have to text our Postcode too. I accidentally fried her old phone in the washing machine, not one of my best moves. I had this written down but for the life of me now i cant find it.
