hi all,

overstayed my time at the car park. My mum has diabetes (a protected characteristic under Equality Act 2010) she wasn’t feeling too good and had to take a break.

As such, we overstayed in the car park, by about 30 mins I think it was! However, now I’ve received a claim form after ignoring all the letters from Napier Parking.

Any idea of what to do, to fight this? What defence template would be best?

English isn’t my first language so apologies for any confusion.
