DCB Legal letter
Hi folks,
I stay in Scotland and nearly a year ago received a parking ticket from GroupNexus.
I received the usual letters from direct collection bailiffs Ltd (which I ignored) but have now received a letter from DCB Legal, it doesn't specify on the letter that it is a 'Letter of Claim' but mentions having 14 days to respond before they 'may' recommend escalation to their scottish partners for further action.
Just trying to work out if I should pay this now to avoid the risk of receiving a court decree, or if I should just do what I have been and ignore the letter!
Thanks
