GBP management mediation

Hello All, I was supposed to have my mediation call today but didn't even receive the call at all. I now received an email saying the appointment was not conducted as one or more parties didn't attend. It then goes on to say if I didn't attend i must tell them why but as mentioned i didn't even receive the call.

I went back through my sent emails and have confirmed i sent the correct number, case number and my full name to the right email as they asked. Anyone have any idea what might've happened based off anything they've read before? My current thoughts are the only explanation is they rang them first and they didn't answer so they didn't bother ringing me. But worth also adding i am unsure about the last part as there is a subsection in their email which says if i attended the mediation there is NFA needed an received no call from the mediator as mentioned.

    Is it about this case?

Keep to the one thread please otherwise we have no context. Let this thread die.

But mediation doesn't affect small claims so if it didn't happen (perhaps due to nobody for the Claimant answering the phone) then the case should move on as normal to your nominated court.

If you can, I would reply stating that you were available for the scheduled call. It is a pity they didn't try to contact you after the first call didn't happen (if that's the case).
