Letter of claim received from DCB Legal

I received a bunch of letter for 2-3 years which I ignored before receiving a letter of claim 2 weeks ago finally. I responded with an email I found on the newbie thread which confirmed my address said i would defend this claim in court, notified them i was seeking independent advice and asked them the two questions under PAP.
They responded recently via email saying:
We write to acknowledge safe receipt of your formal response to our Letter of Claim sent to you in respect of this matter.
Having considered your response, our position in respect of this matter remains as per our Letter of Claim. We note that despite your points of dispute, there is an absence of any evidence in support of the same so that we may consider this with our Client. If you do have evidence which you believe supports your dispute, please furnish us with the same within the 30 days afforded to you.
As it stands, the initial 30 day timeframe under the Pre-Action Protocol remains, and County Court proceedings will be issued following expiry of this 30 day period, without any further reference to you.
We strongly recommend that you contact a member of our dispute resolution team on, as a matter of urgency so we may discuss this matter with you and avoid a claim being issued against you".
Unsure as to whether to reply and try get out of this or just ignore like ive being doing all along? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance.

Acronyms like PPC are explained in the 5th post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
So its GBP Management Ltd , a BPA AOS member
You redacted the dates and times, so hard to check some details
You are now waiting for the N1SDT claim form pack to arrive in the post from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, like this ongoing saga

Dates and wordings are used to determine compliance with Pofa2012, or non compliance, as explained in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, with pictures, but you haven't mentioned anything about compliance or not
Clearly they got the NTK PCN letter to the keeper between day 29 and day 56
I cant see anything about observations times, or time on site etc either1 -
The NTK increase to £127 not only breaches their COP, but, it also fails to repeat the NTD details.1

As well as no period of parking and illegally demanding £127, the NTK tells lies about the POFA right to recover:Please show us the back, too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Afternoon all,
Received the claim form today and have just been reading through the defence thread.
Can i double check these are the correct steps i need to be taking:- Letter issue date was 10th oct- By the 16th oct, i need to acknowledge service of claim- Draft defence and upload onto MCOL (soon after the above) - Claimant is DCB legal so the after stating i was the registered keeper and the driver at the end of the 2nd para, use the gladstones defence -
" With regards to the POC in question, two recent persuasive appeal judgments in Civil Enforcement Limited v Chan (Ref. E7GM9W44) and Car Park Management Service Ltd v Akande (Ref. K0DP5J30) would indicate the POC fails to comply with Civil Procedure Rule 16.4(1)(e) and Practice Direction Part 16.7.5. On the 15th August 2023, in the Chan case, HHJ Murch held: 'the particulars of the claim as filed and served did not set out the conduct which amounted to the breach in reliance upon which the claimant would be able to bring a claim for breach of contract'. The same is true in this case and the Defendant trusts that the Court should strike out the extant claim, using its powers pursuant to CPR 3.4. The second recent persuasive appeal judgment also held that typical private parking case POC (like this) fail to comply with Part 16. On the 10 May 2024, in CPMS v Akande, HHJ Evans held: 'Particulars of Claim have to set out the basic facts upon which a party relies in order to prove his or her claim'."
Following thisignore claimant settlement/questionnairewait for CNBC questionnaire.
Thanks in advance.0
