    Obviously they all try to scaremonger with the Beavis case but look: it's 11 years old so nothing new, isn't on all fours with other parking cases AND it effectively banned the £70 add-on that DR Plus have added!

    Now that's more interesting, as it's an outright lie. It ISN'T for the keeper to pay.

    Smart Parking never used the POFA 2012 until a few months ago when they forum-shopped to the IPC to secure the promise of 95% industry appeal wins at the biased joke, the IAS.

    You seem to have missed the pictures in post 4 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST. We beg everyone not to post about these laughable letters. As I replied to you weeks ago:

    I mentioned weeks ago that post 4 is the one with pics of the letters to ignore. You could go straight down to the photos on a phone in seconds, or search the NEWBIES thread (control & f on a laptop) for keywords like "debt collectors" to hop right there.

    Takes seconds to find the right section.

    Either way, you're only waiting for DCB Legal to send a LBC to start the 'end game'. Post 2 of the NEWBIES thread says what to do then.
