Ridiculous pile of parking charges

this is what it says

I received a DCBL letter informing me of a charge from 2023 for returning to a venue on the same day, I had never gotten a letter from the parking company (ParkingEye), so I informed them of this in an email (below)
As seen, I also clarified I do not know who the driver was because the vehicle is insured as a driving school vehicle and I am an instructor, I am also not the keeper of the vehicle (my wife is, who I have not named).
Just to be clear, neither ParkingEye nor DCBL wrote to the registered keeper?

Nope, just to me. My wife is the keeper and I haven't told them about her anyway.

No, that letter can't have been addressed to you unless you wife first got a PCN and named you. Presumably the DCB letter was addressed to her?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How would they have known to write to you, and where to find you? Does the vehicle have your name displayed on it perhaps?

I'm not sure how they got to me, maybe it's because I used to be the keeper or because the insurance is still under my name/driving school company house is my home address. My wife never named me, she never got a PCN from PE or DCB ltd letter.

Does the car have your / company name of it ?
when did you change the keeper ?
what name is on the V5?
2 -
Has the company name on it, vehicle was given to my wife in 2024 which makes it a year after PCN was (apparently) issued since it says the charge is from '23. My wife's name is on V5 but I am the insurance policy holder (though she's insured too).

Well that explains it then. You were the keeper in 2023 so this is unimportant.

Ah ok, I didn't know I was the keeper back then to be honest, I thought I'd given in to her in 22, but only checked thanks to this thread. Is there anything else I should do at this point?
