...still not yet received. Latest from cust serv is "the cheques have been issued and they are being passed around the office". (His words not mine).

Probably making paper aeroplanes out of them!!

I'm still waiting for one of my cashbacks.

Had a problem with my other phone I bought from them though. They didn't send the cashback claim forms with the phone, and for about 3 months I've been asking for them to send it. Kept on telling me they will deal with it. Finally yesterday I got an email from the sales manager saying that as there was no note on my account within 14 days of receiving the phone they would not send me the cashback claim form. I told him that I had phoned and emailed 3 days after receving it - and even got a car charger which I requested at the same time as those emails, but he just again said because there was no note he wouldn't do anything.

Unbelievable.

I won't be buying from them ever again. Just hope I get the cheques from my other contract with them ok.

I have just received the first instalment of my cashback. Sent claim in on 12/05/2005, so hopefully everyone else that is waiting anxiously will get theirs very soon too.

received my cashback today. I sent in the claim by recorded delivery on 16 may 05 and they received it next day.
