I’ve changed the subject name to assist anyone online searching for information if they find themselves in my shoes. It was somewhat of a difficult task finding out who owns/leases the land, and I ultimately had to pay £7 for a title register to eventually get the information from the freeholder.
well now it’s here for anyone to find should they need it.
