No because you are using all of the Template.
Read it again, it's self explanatory. It even tells you what sort of response to put for para 3.

Sorry, I just wasn't sure why I was asked to post an image of the POC. There is no additional info for me to add apart from the driver not being known and receiving the first letter 7 weeks after the incident date, albeit it was 'issued' a week after the incident.
I can't comment on the signage etc.

You were asked to post a picture of the POC in order to determine which defence template to use, mainly a case which paragraph 3, because you didn't know and without knowing if the breach was pleaded or not, neither would we
They didn't used to plead the alleged breach, so a Chan and Akande paragraph 3 would suffice, because you cannot refute an omission
They have now wised up, so its the standard 10 paragraph defence template, with a possible ending to paragraph 2 and your own paragraph 3, to refute the POC on your claim form

Because if it said Asda, or Tesco, or Sainsburys, or B& Q , with no location, its an omission, by not specifying the location
