I would request that they also get a drain cleaning company out to jet wash your drains and clear any traps to avoid future problems.

Very glad to hear it's been sorted out quickly and hope everything else goes well. When my cavity wall insulation was done a few years ago now I really noticed the difference on my heating bill immediately so I hope you enjoy keeping more of your money in your purse from now on.

oh great thanks for the link.. that's good to hear about the heating bill.. it does feel warmer.. I managed to get solar panels with the grant too, and also loft insulation is being done this week, so hopefully, my house will be warmer and cheaper to run :)
