I'm the middle of a review at the moment (previous was 14 months ago) and have had to give the same bank statements 3 times, this agent didn't accept what the agent in the previous review did so i've had to do (1) an online printout then I did (2) a printout from branch then (3) monthly statements. All showing the same transactions.

I have no other accounts, no savings, ISA, paypal etc. Just the few bank accounts where UC is paid into and another one I use for online purchases and money is transferred between them.

For periods, at first she said 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025 which was done, then 9 October 2025 to 9 February 2026 which was done then another month from 9 September 2025 to 8 October 2025, considering she already had 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025.

She keeps calling late for appointments and mutters "system error" and carries on. A few times she's caught me busy when I couldn't really answer because she's called an hour later than the appointment.

    It's a virtual team agent.

The woman for the previous review in 2024 was really nice, asked a few questions for the statements and was done in 15 mins. There's nothing of note to see anyway, UC inc (partner) LCWRA comes in and goes down the next few weeks to a few pounds and that's it. I don't work.

You have to remember it's actual statements, that show address, opening & closing balance for that month & transactions (as you would get in the post or online once a month) not online printouts simply covering the period they are asking for.

If it's any use, for me it was 13 weeks between uploading my statements and the telephone call from the review team.

    That's a loooong time …

Didn't they then ask for more statements because 3 months have passed since the last ones?
