There is no specific time period. But from what I have seen, it can take a couple of months, before they send a journal message confirming review has been completed.

The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

You could send a journal message for attention of UCR team asking for an update.

I think the delay is down to the fact that there's not enough staff to process the amount of reviews that are being undertaken. The end result is a longer wait before each review is completed.

I get that people get stressed out about these, but if you have done nothing wrong & all your funds are within the known limits.

Then there is nothing to worry about.

It seems to be one of a standard set of times that claimants get for a review phone call (1 hour or 30 minutes seems to be the two most likely). I've read posts here and elsewhere about people who have been given an hour long time slot but where the actual call has lasted a lot less than that.

The first one I had took a week from the first message to upload statements.

This time is different I was sent a upload action a week ago and so far not had a journal message about a phonecall.

I did have a problem with what they wanted with a savings account as there is only a pound in that one and hasn't been used for at least two years, So no regular statement, I just explained this in a journal message saying the last statement was two years ago, do you want that one, the person said yes so I have uploaded that statement.

Odds on will not last that long. Ours was about 15 mins on phone, then staff do what they need in the background to update systems. Nice lady even rang back to say all OK, but don't expect everyone gets that 🤷‍♀️

It would have been 4 months of all bank statements not 4 weeks.

They'll make a telephone appointment to go through the statements and possibly ask for more information. When they're finally happy with what they've got, they'll make the decision but it could be months.
